We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Team! TheraFit Rehab is a neuro based private practice, owned and operated by therapists who are client centered and dedicated to providing good neuro rehab. We are seeking a therapist to take over an immediate part time caseload consisting of individuals who have experienced a variety of neurological conditions in a 1:1 format with the addition of hours in the next few months to cover a maternity leave, bringing the position to full-time. Treatment sessions will never be doubled up so you can focus solely on the individual you are working with. Our team is creative, supportive, and highly skilled in neuro rehab.

- Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments to determine individual needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide individualized occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' abilities to perform daily tasks and reach his/her individual goals
- Interdisciplinary Approach
- Monitor and document patient progress accurately
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises

- Experience
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in neuro rehab is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
